فساد «صفقات البترول».. تأجيل محاكمة وزير عربي سابق ورجل أعمال

في ملف مال معقد، يطول أمد واحدة من أكبر قضايا استغلال النفوذ المليئة بشبهات التربح من قطاع الطاقة، بعد قرار جديد يرحل البت في القضية إلى الخريف القادم. وقررت هيئة الدائرة الجنائية المختصة بالنظر في قضايا الفساد المالي بمحكمة الاستئناف بتونس تأجيل محاكمة القيادي في حركة النهضة ووزير النقل الأسبق عبد الكريم الهاروني، ورجل الأعمال محمد فريخة، إلى جانب إطارين سابقين بمؤسسة وطنية بترولية ومتهمين آخرين، إلى جلسة أكتوبر القادم. وتعود وقائع القضية إلى إحالة دائرة الاتهام المتهمين بحالة إيقاف، عقب تحقيقات كشفت شبهات فساد وتسهيلات تجارية غير قانونية بين شركة يملكها رجل الأعمال محمد فريخة والمؤسسة الوطنية للبترول في تونس. ووجهت النيابة العامة التونسية للمتهمين تهماً صريحة بموجب الفصل 96 من المجلة الجزائية، تتعلق باستغلال موظف عمومي لصفته لاستخلاص فائدة لا وجه لها لنفسه أو لغيره، والإضرار العمدي بالإدارة ومخالفة القوانين والتراتيب الجاري بها العمل. ويأتي قرار التأجيل في وقت يواجه فيه المتهمون أحكاماً بالسجن نافذة صدرت عن الدائرة الجنائية بالمحكمة الابتدائية بتونس، والتي قضت بـ: ومع ترحيل المواجهة القضائية إلى الجلسة المقررة في أكتوبر، يبقى الملف مفتوحاً على كافة الاحتمالات لحين حسم الاستئناف المقدم من المتهمين.
